The Permian B-1874-O-KM oil filter has the following features:

• The element is a homogenous blend of cotton and wood excelsior fibers, ensuring that the total oil flow is filtered to the same efficiency.
• The element is constructed by winding the filter mat around a spiral locked center core for strength and consistency.
• Large dirt-holding capacity
• Complete compatibility with all lubricating oils.

Flow Characteristics

In tests of flow versus differential pressure, the values are consistent with what is required. But at very cold temperatures, a by-pass may be necessary until the lube oil has reached operating temperature.
