K-Series Filters

Permian NGL has developed a series of filter elements that use a pleated synthetic/cellulose combination media that is compatible with most contact solvents and other aqueous liquids.  These elements are absolute rated and are constructed of the finest components available.  They are available in a number of configurations to fit almost every manufacturer's filter vessel.

Features and Benefits

• Specialty Media: Permian NGL pleated process liquid elements are constructed using filter media containing both synthetic and cellulose fibers.  This filter media is designed for better compatibility in aqueous fluids than the standard cellulose paper elements.
• High Contaminant-Holding Capacity: Permian NGL specialty media and engineered element designs provide maximum dirt-holding capacity.
• Multiple End Cap Configurations: Permian NGL media come in a wide variety of end cap configurations replacing many manufacturer's styles, including elements requiring the 222 or 226 o-ring.  Available in lengths up to 40".
• Thermal Bonding: Permian NGL media undergo a specially-engineered method of thermally bonding the filter media with the end caps.
• Wide Chemical Compatibility: Permian NGL pleated process liquid elements are compatible with a wide range of fluids.  Consult factory to verify compatibility.
• Efficiency Ratings: Permian NGL pleated process liquid elements are available in a wide range of efficiency ratings.  Beta ratios from 50 to 1000 are available in many different micron ranges.
• Consistent Quality: Permian NGL media are subjected to analytical tests to confirm that each shipment of media meets or exceeds the rigid specifications under which they are ordered prior to any assembly being made.
